Cyber Crime – challenges and evolution - Mircea Constantin Șcheau

The notions conveyed in the media, regarding the approaches to cyber threats, are sometimes placed under the pressure of step-by-step transformations, subject to the mechanism known as Overton Window. The article tries to bring to the attention of the public opinion and to the same extent of the specialists, some of the hybrid problems whose escalation can produce effects difficult to be quantifyed. The set of proposals from the end of the study are intended to be a pleading in support of the idea of interinstitutional cooperation and active involvement of civil society.
